Shipping & Delivery
Every Mi'raji order is packed by hand in Preston, Lancashire. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
UK delivery costs
- Standard delivery – £2.99 for small, lightweight items such as tasbeehs, bookmarks and envelopes. Usually 2–4 working days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.49 for most orders, including prayer mats, Mus'haf cases and gift sets.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (heavy parcels over 2kg) – £7.49.
- Free collection from our Preston collection point (62–64 Aqueduct Street, Preston, PR1 7RE). Usually ready in 2–4 days – we'll email you when your order is ready.
The correct rate is worked out automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Processing times
- Personalised items (prayer mats, Mus'haf cases, plaques, pillows and more) are made to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for personalisation before your order is dispatched, plus delivery time.
- Non-personalised items are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
- Busy periods: in the run-up to Ramadan and Eid, personalisation can take a little longer than usual. We recommend ordering early for gifts with a deadline.

We print exactly what you enter, so please double-check names and spellings before placing your order. Incorrect or missing details can delay dispatch, and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK, please email us and we will do our best to help.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@miraji.co.uk with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged) and we will put it right.
