Orders & personalisation

How long does personalisation take?

Personalised items are made to order and usually take 2–3 working days before dispatch, plus delivery time. In the busy weeks before Ramadan and Eid it can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early.

How do I add a name to my item?

On the product page, fill in the personalisation boxes before adding the item to your basket. We print exactly what you type, so please check spellings carefully.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Email us as soon as possible at info@miraji.co.uk with your order number. We will do our best to help, but once your item has gone into production we can't make changes.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because personalised items are made specially for you, they can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

UK delivery starts at £2.99 for small items. Most orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £4.49, and heavier parcels are £7.49. You can also collect for free from our Preston collection point. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and collect for free from 62–64 Aqueduct Street, Preston, PR1 7RE. Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days and we'll email you when yours is ready.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At the moment we deliver within the UK only. Please email us if you are outside the UK and we will see what we can do.

My order hasn't arrived or arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged) and we will put it right.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return on non-personalised items, which must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Read our full Refund policy.

Gifts

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes – a Mi'raji gift card lets your loved one choose their own gift. You'll find them in our menu under Gift Cards.

Which gifts are best for Ramadan and Eid?
